J-04: Kaisya Tohon OR Kaisya Shikiho: Include the original and fresh Kaisya Tohon (Company Registration) of your sponsor’s company in Japan. Alternatively, provide a copy of Kaisya Shikiho if the company is stock exchange registered.
J-05: Nozei Syomei: Present the original and fresh Nozei Syomei (Tax Documents) of your sponsor’s company in Japan.
J-06: Jyuminhyo: Include the original and fresh Jyuminhyo for all family members (Residence Registration Certificate) to establish their residency in Japan.
J-07: Passport & Residence Card: Submit a photocopy of the Passport and Residence Card if your guarantor is not Japanese.
J-08: Accommodation: Provide clear evidence of accommodation reserved in Japan for your entire stay, including the complete address.
J-09: Koseki Tohon: Include the original and fresh Koseki Tohon (family registration) of your sponsor in Japan.
J-10: Syokugyou: Offer original and authentic evidence of your sponsor’s occupation in Japan.
J-11: Tsucho: Submit a fresh & updated 6-month bank statement of your sponsor in Japan.
J-12: Gensen Choshu Hyo: Include the original, fresh & updated income certificate of your sponsor in Japan.
J-13: Son-Eki Keisansho: Provide the original, fresh & updated income certificate of your sponsor’s company in Japan.
Note: GUARANTEE LETTER, REASON LETTER, and SCHEDULE should be provided either in Japanese or English.
Documents Required from Pakistan
P-01: Photo: Paste one photograph on the application with a light background, preferably white, featuring your front face and bare head without any retouch or graphic effects.
P-02: Passport: Submit the original valid passport, including any expired passports.
P-03: CNIC: Provide the original identity card with a photocopy.
P-04: Partner’s Letter: Include the original letter signed by all partners of the firm (as annex 03). Proprietors are exempt.
P-05: Chamber’s Letter: Submit an original recommendation letter issued by the concerned chamber of commerce along with all membership certificates since the company was established.
P-06: Bank Docs: Include attested bank statements for the last 6 months with a bank manager’s letter.
Family Registration
Submit the original Family Registration Certificate issued by NADRA. Form B with English translation, duly attested by the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan for children under the age of 18, must prove the applicant’s relationship with the sponsor in Japan. If the sponsor is not a relative, then the applicant should submit only his/her personal Family Registration Certificate.
P-08: Occupational Evidence: Provide original and authentic evidence of your present occupation issued by the applicant’s organization/institution/department.
P-09: Airline Booking: Include confirmed airline booking for the trip to Japan issued by a travel agent. (Please do not buy a ticket.)
P-10: N.O.C: Submit an official No Objection/ Ex-Pakistan leave certificate from concerned authorities in case of government officials/officers.
P-11: Business Done: Include evidence of the applicant’s company’s latest and direct import/export with sponsor company in Japan, such as original bills of lading/airway bills, bills of entries/exports, payments receipts/T.T order receipts, etc.
P-12: Schedule: Provide a schedule of your visit to Japan.
